Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site field service technical support and troubleshooting at multiple customer locations
- Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer upon job completion
- Handle customer complaints and repairs
- Check and ensure the required tools are available in the toolkit to start the necessary work for the day
- Provide field fixes and quality feedback on products
- Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department
- Prepare job cards for each job and get authorization from the service supervisor
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates without qualifications but with relevant experience will be considered favourably
- Salary will be commensurated with relevant experience
- Training will be provided for junior technician
- Consistently ensure the highest standards of customer service and experience
- Self-motivated personality and a willing-to-learn attitude demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with end consumers
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
