- Handle full set of accounts with MYOB software and submit Financial Statement (balance sheet, P&L, Trial Balance, General Ledger) to external Auditor
- Responsible for GL, AP and AR
- Preparation of tax invoices and follow up closely on payments
- Preparation of monthly project costing report to Director
- Preparation of quarterly GST for submission
- Preparation of salaries and CPF for submission
- Preparation of Statement of Accounts to customers
- Preparation of IR8A form and AIS submission
- Preparation of Staff Claims
- Update / Control of Cash Flow and do monthly Bank Re-conciliation
- Responsible for company insurance matters, motor vehicle, workmen comp etc.
- Responsible for all work permit, courses related matters for foreign workers
- General office admin duties
- Other ad-hoc duties
