Branch Manager (Bar & Bistro)
Job Description:
1. In charge of the day-to-day store operations with responsibilities involving sales, cashiering, staff management and customer handling
2. Achieve branch KPI, sales targets, goals and objectives
3. Makes sure that outlet has maintained good housekeeping standards, maintained at the highest level and maximum cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensures that all staffs understand and adhere to food hygiene and housekeeping procedures.
4. Assess and handles customer complaints
5. Provide in-house operations training.
6. Interviews Part time staff’s applicants, conduct appraisals and performance reviews and counselling
Requirements:
- Preferably with 3 years’ F&B or retail experience
- Possess good management and strong leadership qualities
- Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of customer service
- Quick thinker with ability to solve problems and make effective decisions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
