Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to General Manager SEA & India
- Supports General Manager in calendar management, meeting schedules & travel arrangements
- Coordinating travel plans and agenda with the 7 markets
- Coordinating cross markets initiatives and events – Seminar – Training
- Provide secretarial support and screen incoming correspondence, emails and reports
- Provide daily administrative support eg. Leave applications, expenses and claims tracking, maintaining contact database
- Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Maintain good rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Any other duties/matters which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good team player
- Resourceful and can work independently
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally and independently
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, attention to details
