Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Greet visitors/clients at Front Office and help them navigate through office
- Maintain calendars for appointments including statistics collation and register of visitors
- Arrange/receive couriers and liaises to sort/distribute to recipients
- Provide administrative support such as photocopying, handling mails, taking messages and processing of client applications/update forms
- Handle queries at Front Office and help solve problems
- Maintain tidiness and replenishing relevant forms at Front Office
- Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and attentive to detail
- A pleasant personality and good customer orientation mind sets to help solve problems
- Able to manage communications on the front lines independently
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking under pressure
- Past working experience in receptionist role an added advantage
- Fluent and conversant in Mandarin to liaise with clients from Chinese-speaking countries
- Able to communicate well both verbal and written
