About Our Client

As a dynamic and multifaceted entity in their market, they aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally of which they are seeking for an Operations Specialist to be based at their HQ in Singapore.
Job Description
You will be reporting to the Head of Department directly. Your responsibilities include:
- To manage comprehensive import/export documentation, trade declarations, and bank paperwork
- To draft purchase and sales contracts
- To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor orders, logistics, and payments
- To generate regular shipment reports to provide insights into shipment status, outstanding payments, etc.
- To perform data entry and document issuance using the SAP system
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Higher Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or related disciplines and have related working experience in the manufacturing or trading industry. You must possess knowledge of Letter of Credit processing and be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel. You should be detail-minded and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
