Role & Responsibilities:
- Actively develop new client relationships in the SME arena
- Sales of a wide variety of products and services to meet the financial needs of SME companies and its directors. Products include business loans, commercial property loan, trade financing, home loans and more.
- Identify new business opportunities and help drive company growth
- Provide prudent financial solutions for clients thorough an understanding of their financial requirements
- Engage and cultivate long-term working relationships with clients and business partners
- Training will be provided and support given on the job
Requirements:
- Great communication skills, sales and service-oriented outlook is essential
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a keen drive to succeed
- Able to display confidence while conversing with business owners
- Highly motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track records in sales and/ or business development
- Candidates with sales or relationship management experience in Banks (Loans Business) or Factoring companies is an advantage
