Roles and Responsiblities
· In charge of Construction Planning, Programme Scheduling and Tracking of Project.
· Overseeing the reporting of the 3 month rolling program, 4 week rolling program, trend charts, manpower plan, equipment plan to LTA and Construction Team.
· Progress tracking and Delay Analysis for reporting in Korean to Korea HQ.
· Coordinate with design and operation teams for construction activity, project status, manpower plan, equipment plan, etc.
· Responsible for Monthly Progress Claim, Monthly Cash Flow, Projection and Monitoring and reporting to LTA.
· Handling subcontract matters and overseeing ITB (Invitation to bid) for remaining subcontract packages.
· Subcontractors’ claims evaluation and checking on the completed/delivered work quantity.
· To oversee and fulfil the planning & procurement of materials / equipment / special requirements for the Project.
· Responsible for coordinating with project team and subcontractors/suppliers/vendors to ensure delivery goods are in line with internal requirement in terms of quality, specification and on-time delivery.
· Evaluation and negotiation/comparison of material pricing and equipment purchasing.
· Periodic review of vendors’ performance and ensure accurate information regarding order lead times and delivery dates are communicated.
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering.
- Construction background.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination and sub-contracting for major infrastructure projects.
- Experience in the use of Primavera.
- Experience in Infra-structure Project more than 200million.
- Experience in procurement matters.
- Process good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records.
