- Create marketing communication plans, strategies, and budgets
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
- Generating new business leads
- Develop and implement new effective sales plans and marketing strategies
- Maintain and develop excellent business relationships with existing customers
- Identify potential partners and opportunities to cooperate and improve the current operations
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends and competitive activity
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
