- Handle employee data management such as posting of job advertisements to portals
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
- Create, verify and maintain staff records in HR system
- Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
- Responsible for meeting KPIs
- Address to customer issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good written and communication skills
- Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
- Meticulous in record keeping
- Able to work independently
- Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
- Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage
