Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute regional creative strategies aligned with the brand's vision.
2. Work alongside Creative Manager in developing all creatives.
3. Integrate brand messaging, aesthetics, and storytelling for Carlton Hotel Singapore.
4. Adapt and customise creative concepts to resonate with local relevancy and preferences
5. In charge of developing new concepts or ideas for upcoming projects
6. Involved in brainstorming sessions for ideation.
7. Manage and administrate the day-to-day production of company-wide creative needs in a timely manner
8. Develop social media marketing plans and programs for each product and direct promotional support.
9. Provide clear direction to deliver high-quality visuals and content across various mediums.
10. Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
11. Hands-on graphic design with elevated aesthetics and taste.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
13. Align creative strategies with business objectives and market-specific requirements.
Education and Work Experience
1. Diploma in the field of Photography and Cinematography or equivalent
2. At least 3 year relevant working experience
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence
5. Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world.
6. Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being mindful of deadlines and priorities.
