Duty & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Accounting
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts and financial statement for clients
- Preparation of tax computations, GST reporting and filing of tax returns
- Manage and handle a portfolio of companies
- Liaison with external parties (clients/banker/IRAS, etc.)
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Admin
- Handle phone calls, mails,maintain filling and general admin support
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in any field. Knowledge of Xero accounting will be an added advantage
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience required
- Have to liaise with overseas Mandarin-speaking clients
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
