Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of Financial Operations
- Deliver accurate and timely financial projections, forecasts, and analysis of relevant financial and operational information as required for the Management’s team
- Utilize data analysis and leverage business intelligence to make informed organizational decisions
- Work with all teams and operations to help optimize financial performance and efficiencies and evaluate current spending to drive resource optimization
- Maintain internal control, balance sheet reviews and monthly closing process
- Develop and ensure financial controls are followed in accordance with company / HQ procedures
- Assess current accounting operations, offer recommendations for improvement and implement new processes
- Ensure quality and timeliness of financial reporting to HQ
- Lead special finance projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance preferably in a IT company
- Ability to speak, read and write Korean to communicate with HQ located in Korea and business associates
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Work well under pressure and with the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with a self-starting, pro-active approach.
- Proven leader that can motivate, manage, and maximize capacity of a team
- Possess Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent people management skills and communication skills
