We have partnered with a growing maritime technology company to find an Network Support Engineer, who will be responsible for technical support of the existing clients, dealing with exciting network related cutting edge technologies. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and meet their expectations,
- Provide 1st and 2nd lvl technical support to the clients troubleshooting technical issues predominantly through phone call and email,
- Monitoring smooth operation of company's solutions ensuring full utilization of the product,
- Help customers understand the best ways to utilise our products, based on their business needs
- Provide and manage feedback to various internal customer teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of troubleshooting networking technology related to operating systems, hardware, email protocols and firewall
- Any professional certifications such as CCNA or equivalent would be a plus. Similarly any exposure to the maritime industry is nice to have, but not necessary.
