Reporting Structure:
- Supervisor(s): Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Perform the duties of maintenance and service role
- Perform the duties of a customer service role
- Perform the duties of a project support role
- Perform scheduled roster duties
- To provide assistance to the Manager, Customer Service, both on-site and off-site
- To liaise between the main contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers
- To maintain, repair and ensure the functionality of the equipment
- To perform duties which are not mentioned above from time to time, but are necessary for the growth and fulfillment of the Company’s requirement
- To observe and adhere to all Company’s rules and regulations
- Support for Data Centre Facilities management
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITC Cert in Information Technology, Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Service-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful, dynamic, highly motivated and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at different levels
- Hands on experience
- Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary
