Job responsibilities:
1.Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects.
2.Handling 3 to 4 groups of workers.
3.Excellent communication abilities in English and Chinese and liaison with Clients via Whatsapp/ Phone call / Email .
4.Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with authorized plans/drawings.
5.Possess strong planning, organisation, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
6.Monitor project progress and track issues based on priority and customer requests.
7.Weekly visits site meeting when required
Requirements :
-Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
- Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
- Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible, mentally mature and hungry for money.
- Able to work under pressure.
