Our Client:
A recognized retailer of second-hand luxury bags, watches, and clocks in Japan has expanded its operations to Hong Kong, Shanghai, Thailand, and Singapore. They are currently seeking a Shop Manager for their newly established branch in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Managing shop operations such as managing shop staff, deployment for sales staff
- Managing products
- Building relationship with customers
- Manage and analyze budget and actual result, and propose action plans for business growth
- Report on actual result, buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Training and motivate shop staffs to achieve goal, follow company policies and procedure
The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail Business as a Manager
- Able to work meticulously and diligently
- Experience in luxury brand related filed would be added advantage
