As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director for all financial related matters
- Elaborate on the financial strategy of the business and decision-making process
- Responsible for the day-to-day function of the Finance Department.
- Ensure timely delivery of financial and management reporting of group consolidation, cash flow, budget and forecast.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Liaise with external auditors for the yearly audit and issuance of financial statements; bankers and tax consultants when required.
- Streamline accounting functions and operations.
- Evaluating and managing financial risk
- Ability to lead and manage a team of 2 to 4 people
- Oversee the training and development of the team
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, candidates with CPA / CA is an advantage
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the construction/engineering industry
- Dedicated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with the stakeholders.
- Possess the drive and dedication to manage time tight projects
- Strong technical accounting and analytical skills preferred
- Dependable, exercising discretion and confidentiality.
- Good inter-personal, leadership and teamwork skills.
