Requirement for an MOE School
Contract Period: From 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025
Hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5.00 pm, 8.5 hours per day excluding half an hour lunch.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Role
- Conduct IT lessons including coding for P1 to P6 pupils.
- Assist to train students for Multimedia club on coding and related competitions.
- Work with teachers in content and resource creation for ICT integration and other IT related design for all school events.
- Assist in school functions (i.e. in computer-related presentations, filming or photography).
- Develop overall layout and production designs for banners/cover designs / newsletter. etc for classroom activities and school events using ICT software
- Successful candidate to sign an Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information.
Qualifications
- The instructor should be competent to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned.
- The instructor should preferably have at least 3 years of experience in teaching IT lessons in a school.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in teaching coding / robotics to students
- At least a diploma in Information Technology or equivalent. skills
- Preferably be proficient in Adobe Software, Photography, Videography
