Job Description
- Improve process capability/defect reduction/throughput improvement for high volume manufacturing using statistical process control, DOE techniques, data-driven decision making and systematic problem-solving skills
- Work with site Facilities, Safety, and Process engineering teams to cultivate an environment of “safety first” for those engaging in process and equipment changes and in tool service activities
- Provide detailed engineering analysis and documentation to support process deployment, transfer, and ramp into volume manufacturing
- Collaborate with Development, Process Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other departments as needed to address issues with and set appropriate specifications for semiconductor-supplied products
- Define process flows, develop new processes, and ensure successful transfer of new technologies to manufacturing
- Primary focus on Chemical vapor deposition (CVD), in particular insulator films.
- As an engineer with extensive knowledge of chemical reactions such as CVD, advise on Customers' requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or Engineering Equivalent degrees
- 10 years of relevant experience in the Semi-Con Industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Broad understanding of technical system and information flow
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
