Responsibilities
• Process customers’ requests in the Card Services Customer
Fulfillment function, e.g. Cancellation of Cards, Replacement of
Cards, Bill Payment, GIRO applications
• Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Manage and resolve customers’ and business units’ feedback/complaints and queries promptly
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls,
efficiency and service quality in the team
• Support in digitization effort driven by the management and ad-hoc/admin tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in any disciple
- Able to multi-task and cope in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of work
- Possess a strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably prior experience in a banking experience
