RESPONSIBILITIES
An Assistant Manager in Client Servicing will lead project teams in the design, set-up and management of turnkey research projects, and carry out account management activities - managing existing client relationships, including seeking repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Direct complex projects and higher-value work, displaying well-developed research skills, knowledge and thought
- Generate meaningful insights from research data to add real value to the client
- Demonstrate a high-level of competence in project debriefs and client recommendations. Design and co-implement advanced analytics techniques where relevant (with the marketing science team)
- Maximize opportunities for client contact; relationship-building and seeking repeat and new business wins, including a min of two targeted account face-to-face meetings/year
- Keep abreast of current trends within market research and competitors, in order to develop personal skills / knowledge base and transfer knowledge, skills and expertise through training and coaching
- Supervise junior executives work and provide analytical and reporting guidance
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 6-8 years of strong Market Research Experience in managing projects of different types and across a wide array of industries
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a people manager
- Problem resolution and ownership of results
- Use advanced research techniques and apply them appropriately
- Keen to learn, proactive in self-development and development of others
- Strong attention to detail and perform with consistent accuracy
- Communicate and work effectively with the team
