Responsibilities
· Supervise and handle general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Lead a small team, efficiently delegate tasks, and cultivate a productive work environment.
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and upkeep of office condition and layout.
· Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to support office operations and projects, improving overall functionality.
· Assist the programme coordinators in timetabling.
· Assist the practicum coordinators with practicum workload.
· Manage staff training and associated development.
· Assist the Head with drafting various reports.
· Create and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
· Control office expenditures, handle budgeting, and maintain financial record-keeping.
· Establish and maintain online office administrative and workflow platforms for optimal efficiency.
· Support the Head with developing research and scholarly initiatives.
· Perform other duties as determined by the Head.
Requirements
· A Bachelor’s Degree.
· At least Five years administrative and two years of administrative Manager experience, preferably in an educational institution.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
· Committed and with a positive learning attitude.
· Ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines.
