Job Purpose
Conduct KYC review of counterparties in LCMA Dept
Provide admin support to LCMA Agency Group
Job Responsibilities
AML Checks
• Conduct KYC reviews of counterparties including financial institutions and insurance companies
• Obtain information from counterparties where necessary
• Consult with Legal and Compliance Department on complex KYC issues
• Obtain necessary approvals to complete the KYC review within stipulated timeline
Manage KYC information of customers
• Support LCMA to obtain necessary KYC information and documents from customers as requested from time to time
• Send the KYC information and documents to respective parties as required
• Follow through on the KYC requests received from lenders to ensure no delays at our end
Provide administrative support to Agency Group
• Arrange conference calls, meetings and site visits
• Handle general inquiries from borrowers and lenders
• Support agency staff on general administrative tasks including courier of documents
Other duties
• Ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
• Degree or equivalent
• Familiar with regulatory requirements pertaining to KYC/ AML eg MAS Notice 626.
• Certifications in AML would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
• Positive working attitude and able to embrace new challenges or changes
