Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: $2500 to $2800
Job Description:
Responsibilities :
• Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
• Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims.
• Process payments.
• Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA.
• Maintain Fixed Assets listing.
• Perform month end financial closing.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
• Maintain accounting files and records.
• Support in financial audits
• Handle HR and general administrative duties
• Job rotation
• Any other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• A level or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system would be advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as a team to support each other.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
