Reporting to the Centre Manager under NTU Centre for Computational Technologies in Finance, the incumbent will play an important role to assist the Center to achieve its mission to develop and grow the Blockchain ecosystem by providing a world-class education and inspiring students to identify economic values of technology and translate them into products and services that benefit the society.
Responsibilities:
Student management
- Assist the coordination with NTU internal departments on international students’ entry into Singapore and related matters.
- Coordinate student matriculation, orientation, and graduation matters.
- Facilitate class management.
- Coordinate with Student Committee on student engagement activities.
- Enhance alumni and student engagement.
- Maintain student database, handle day-to-day inquiries from students on course app3lication and curriculum.
Course management
- Facilitate classes and exam scheduling.
- Prepare teaching evaluations and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate course logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between instructors, participants, and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in academic programme management role.
- Meticulous and systematic in planning and organising delivery of programmes.
- Mature and independent in handling day-to-day operations.
- Strong team player and positive working attitude.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
