The Opportunity

  • My Client, a reputable organisation is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant
  • Monday - Friday
  • Office hours
  • Central
  • Salary: Up to SGD 4k! (Subjected to experience)
  • 3 years contract

The Talent:

  • Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required
  • Systematic, organized and meticulous

Job Description

  • Providing administrative support to the Operations team by maintaining accurate records, carrying out sourcing and purchasing tasks, preparing invoices, keying in data, and submitting regular reports.
  • Coordinating paperwork for M&E services, handling documentation for renovation works and reinstatement cases, and managing dealings and correspondences with tenants.
  • Other ad hoc & general administrative and clerical duties.
