Senior Finance & Admin Officer

We are open to hiring both full-time and part-time positions.

  1. General office administration and support
  • Maintain inventory movement for publications and merchandise materials
  • Manage yearly publications consignment sales
  • Dissemination of marketing materials as required
  • Provide logistical support, for events or activities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier
  • Maintain office stationery and pantry requirement
  • Maintain contact database and update library records
  • Maintains and update website, manage social media platforms
  • Responsible for crafting EDM or marketing materials (content management)
  1. Finance support
  • Verification of procurement and payment requests
  • Perform Goods receipt note (GRN)
  • Prepare revenue and expenditure statements
  • Prepare Manage receivables from funding source

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance/Mass Comms/Administrative skills
  • Proven project coordination and budget management skills.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in similar role
  • Good writing skills and savy in social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in small team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Advanced Excel and Powerpoint and SAP/ARIBA preferred.
