Sales Admin Executive (Logistics)
Duty & Responsibility:
- Liaise with customer from inquiry, quotation, deal closing to handover to operations
- Assist your superior to prepare sales quotation for logistics services
- Manage customer relationship through on-going effort to maintain or expand sales revenue
- Collect data and perform analysis for market trend and pricing index
- Prepare scopes of work document to look for outsource vendor
- Check, prepare and verify customer credit score based on internal procedure
- Prepare periodical reports for sales and marketing
- Conduct site tour for customer visits
- Comply to SOPs
- Adhere to statutory / company’s safety and health policies, procedures and regulations
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics / Business or related field
- 2 years’ sales admin experience in preparing sales quotation in third party logistics company
- Self-motivated and possess drive to meet sales target
- Good working network among customers
- Good communication and negotiation skills
