Our Brand
Founded in 2018, Foragers has since been on an onward journey to introduce exceptional and one-of-a-kind hospitality concepts to Asia. One of our wonderful concepts is an Israeli street food-inspired restaurant called Miznon.
Miznon is located along Stanley Street. Helmed by one of the leading figures in the Israeli culinary scene and appeared as a judge on the highly acclaimed Israeli “MasterChef”, chef Eyal Shani, who imparts a sense of magic in every bite.

Responsibilities
- Set up workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Working closely with the kitchen staff to lead and inspire the team.
- Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of items according to specific menus.
- Maintain the high standards of food quality and safety
- Enforcing strict adherence to health and safety standards in the kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Prior experience of at least 1 year
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes.
- Willingness to adapt to changing menu preferences, seasonal availability of ingredients.
- A positive and collaborative attitude that fosters teamwork and a pleasant work environment.
