Job Highlights:
- 12 months RENEWABLE/CONVERTIBLE contract
- Up to $4,000/month + 1-month bonus
- 18 days of annual leave entitlement
- Gul (Transport provided at CCK, Jurong East, Boon Lay)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process customers' sales order via SAP system.
- Monitor sales order status and coordinate with internal stakeholder to ensure a smooth delivery to client in a timely manner.
- Handle export shipments for intercompany and overseas customers.
- Prepare the shipping document for local and export shipment.
- Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.
- Ensure hazardous substance license from local customers are valid and adhere to the regulation set by NEA and SPF.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of customer service and team management experience or similar function
