Job Responsibilities:
Operations
- Responsible for overseeing people, processes, and day to day operations to ensure that store performs in line with business KPI
- Achieve Business KPIs set by management including revenue, labor and COGS and other expenses
- Analyse store performance to align with business KPIs
- Maintain high level of customer service as per brand standards. Always attend to guest requests and feedback to provide excellent level of customer service
- Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner by following brand’s SOPs
- Carry out mise en place duties, prepare and present dishes with highest quality to customers
- Manage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet
- Serve as a role model to demonstrate excellent behaviour to lead the whole team
- Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in F&B
- Comfortable with Microsoft excel, word and Power point
- Pleasant personality and results driven attitude
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
