Job Description:
- Teach Mandarin classes in accordance with the Centre’s programme.
- To lead and supervise team members under their responsibility
- Conduct regular team meetings to enable members of the team to air their concerns and needs
- Recommend solutions to solve problems and provide feedback to the Head of Mandarin Department or Director
- Identify the long-term needs and growth of teachers, programmes, departments, students and parents
- Assist and support the Head of Mandarin Department in the implementation and development of new programmes and projects
- Support the Head of Mandarin Department in the day-to-day running of the department and programmes
- To liaise with parents where necessary
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Early Childhood (DPT / DECCE-T (CL)) / ECDA L2 in Mandarin
- To teach Chinese Preschool / Speech & Drama / Language certification programmes
- Excellent spoken and written Mandarin Language - Necessary to teach Chinese Language programmes
- Positive, energetic and a good team player
- Must be able to work on both weekends, Saturday and Sunday

- 提出解决问题的方案并向中文系主任或总监提供反馈
- 确定教师、项目、院系、学生和家长的长期需求和成长
- 协助和支持中文系主任实施和开发新的计划和项目
- 支持中文系主任处理部门和项目的日常运作
- 建立及保持良好的家园关系

- ECDA L2 (中文)
- 学前，戏剧教学经验
- 普通话标准,写作规范
- 必须能够在周末、周六和周日工作
