We are looking for a competent Administrative Assistant/Executive to provide personalized administrative support in a fast pace and timely manner.
Job Scope:
- Arrange deliveries and all related activities, prepare documents, and maintain records.
- Arrange and update delivery list on defects and rectifications works.
- Attend to customers' enquiries pertaining to pre-delivery issues.
- Prepare and consolidate delivery schedule.
- Prepare, check and receipt update of Delivery Order (DO).
- Checking and verifying all the invoices
- Ensure proper receiving and check incoming goods
- Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Able to communicate well in English in order to liaise with customer
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of ACCPAC system is an added advantage

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm) (Alt)
