We are looking for a competent Administrative Assistant/Executive to provide personalized administrative support in a fast pace and timely manner.


Job Scope:

  • Arrange deliveries and all related activities, prepare documents, and maintain records.
  • Arrange and update delivery list on defects and rectifications works.
  • Attend to customers' enquiries pertaining to pre-delivery issues.
  • Prepare and consolidate delivery schedule.
  • Prepare, check and receipt update of Delivery Order (DO).
  • Checking and verifying all the invoices
  • Ensure proper receiving and check incoming goods
  • Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Able to communicate well in English in order to liaise with customer
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC system is an added advantage


Other Information:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm) (Alt)

Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT Station
