JOB MISSION:
The IT Manager - Corporate Solutions is the local representative of regional Technology & Digital Services (T&DS) Corporate Solutions team for the assigned markets and will partner with key business stakeholders from HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Sustainability departments.
This role will partner with regional T&DS team to refine the Corporate Solutions roadmap for the relevant markets and ensure local needs/constraints are considered. She/He will work closely with business stakeholders and regional counterparts to identify areas for improvements and possible solutions.
The IT Manager - Corporate Solutions will be responsible for supporting the roll out of regional applications and will lead local Proof of Concept or local application implementation whenever relevant (local legal/compliance requirements for example). This position will also support the change management related to the new projects/functions. The role will also be responsible to complement and locally advocate the support operating model for regional and global Corporate Solution systems.
This role will be responsible for managing needs, budgets, resources, and schedules while aligning business priorities with internal and external teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Partnering
- Work with business and management to identify new process improvement opportunities.
- Drive alignments with market corporate functions, regional tech counterparts
- Maintain visibility of regional roadmaps
- Partner with regional teams on timelines, effort, and budget of rollouts
- Partner with local business to ensure that use cases and market requirements are adequately captured.
- Encourage/ evangelise the need for local business to connect/ build a relationship with their regional counterparts, and ensure local business are aware of their role in regional/ global projects.
- Be local point of contact for regional and global counterparts regarding Corporate Solutions domain related.
Project Management and Change Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are in line with project goals and meet business objectives.
- Hands-on participation in SIT and UAT test case development and verification with stakeholders
- Track the project's progress against the project plan and collectively adjust the project plan to ensure effective completion based on defined project success measures.
- Co-lead corporate solutions initiatives with business teams: reporting to stakeholders, sponsors, IT management and market leadership on the status of the project.
- Drive issue resolution through issue and risk management. Escalate issues to the decision-making body as appropriate.
- Ensure ongoing support model for market systems is aligned as part of projects.
- Provide local insight and manage the execution of projects, ensure the quality of delivery. Support business teams in the change management for the corporate solutions initiatives.
Support Process Optimization in Business
- Undertake audit of current business processes technology landscape. With focus on local or localized back of house processes and systems.
- Align with regional teams on any projects on horizon that can meet needs
- Where local tactical initiative is required develop proposals with business teams and Head of TDS on initiatives to improve efficiencies of organization where the right technology can be deployed.
- Lead implementation of tactical projects where approved Vendor & Budgetary Management when relevant

- Ensure deployment and delivery time frames are met
- Ensure vendor contract compliance
- Monitor and ensure appropriate service levels from vendors are met
- Manage and monitor budget as required
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMP or any project methodology is a plus
Work Experience
- At least 6+ years hands on experience in Backoffice solutions with successful implementation references
- Experienced in solutions within corporate domains e.g. HR systems, ERP that required business partnering, project & change management
- Experienced in process improvement and automation e.g. power platform, RPA, etc.
- Experienced in rolling out project life cycles involving multiple internal/external and local/global teams, vendors, consultants and stakeholders
- Working as a consultant for a recognized firm, or retail industry is a plus
