Job Responsibilities:
- Create financial models, feasibility studies, valuation analyses, and scenario analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Support transactional activities, including deal due diligence, negotiation of key terms, and structuring.
- Aid in the preparation of recommendation proposals, studies, and presentations for senior management.
- Contribute to the management of strategic initiatives throughout the entire project cycle.
- Collaborate with and oversee relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors, such as financial advisers, tax advisers, real estate consultancy firms, law firms, and brokers.
- Assist with various ad-hoc duties in coordinating the Corporate Development department.
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
- Possesses a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality/real estate companies, consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- Demonstrates extensive analytical and financial skills, paying meticulous attention to detail and exhibiting a high proficiency in financial modeling.
- Exhibits strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
