The incumbent will be a member of the HR team, responsible for Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding. Responsibilities include the following, and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned:
Talent Acquisition & Work Pass Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting plans, including but not limited to providing advisory on latest regulations on recruitment, such as Fair Consideration Framework
- Execute and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire right talent, including but not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, and negotiating for compensation
- Provide high-touch points and positive experience for internal and external stakeholders, building professional relationships to engage talents in the market
- Responsible for work pass management including but not limited to ensuring compliance to work pass related regulations such as COMPASS, applying for new or renewal of work passes in a timely manner, process payment for monthly levy, and providing advisory to stakeholders on work pass and relocation related matters
- Create, update, and manage employee accounts on HR system and personnel files (PFiles) with accuracy, and ensuring data and supporting documents are updated and filed in a timely manner
- Conducting onboarding to help new hires assimilate smoothly while being aligned with fair employment practices to uphold the employer branding when managing offboarding processes
- Responsible for analysis relating to employment metrics and trends, including identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness for recruitment
Stakeholders and Employee Engagement
- Drive people initiatives including playing a key role in employees engagement/ wellbeing initiatives as part of the internal welfare team (iCON), driving corporate-wide bonding initiatives, CSR activities, as well as welfare programmes within the organization
- Design and execute corporate communications strategies and flow that support SKEI's business goals, including drafting of key messages/letters/reports to stakeholders as and when required, in particularly to work with stakeholders to breakdown and cascade key strategic messages to working level, ensuring deep understanding and alignment to business direction
- Facilitate company-wide and various internal employee communication sessions e.g. CEO communication sessions/townhall, including but not limited to crafting of company-wide notices, liaising with external vendors for events planning, emceeing for events, coordinating, and updating event/project progress to key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Responsible for driving and facilitating Employee Engagement Survey related to corporate culture improvement and employees’ satisfaction level
Internship & Employer Branding
- Responsible for managing internship, as part of building the talent pipeline and employer branding with students in Singapore, including but not limited to developing, coordinating, and executing internship programme, identifying, and creating opportunities to showcase SK brand in events such as career fairs and talks
- Work in partnership with recruiters, universities, and internal stakeholders to improve employer branding of SK locally
- Develop and design branding strategies by leveraging on Linkedin platform, including but not limited to positioning tonality, brand story, content, etc
- Work with internal stakeholders across business units and functions to build integrated communications strategies that promote and enhance the reputation and brand awareness of SKEI locally
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies. Monitor and analyze media intelligence, brand impact, peer activities, industry developments, etc.

Candidate Profile
A self-motivated individual who values integrity, have willing brain engagement in going the extra miles to provide excellent and create happiness and values to stakeholders. A strong candidate should possess the following:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other relevant qualifications such iHRP certification
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR as generalist, or HR Business Partner, or HR specialist, with experience in managing Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and/or Employer Branding effectively and independently with consistent track record of success
- Highly motivated and organized individual who exhibits strong integrity, work ethics and ability to perform under pressure
- Meticulous and takes ownership and accountability to perform the HR operations and administrative tasks well in a timely manner
- An effective team player with excellent oral and written communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills for collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
