Key Responsibilities:
1. Course Materials Preparation:
- Collaborate with seminar speakers and trainers to gather and organize course materials.
- Assist in formatting and refining presentation materials for optimal clarity and engagement.
- Ensure all seminar materials are prepared and distributed on time.
2. Content Creation for Social Media:
- Develop engaging content for various social media platforms to promote upcoming seminars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online audience.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to seminar attendees and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Preferably enrolled or graduated in a business, marketing, communications, or related degree/diploma program.
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship, business development, and personal growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
