Associate (HR Operations - Payroll) (3-year Contract)

The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and HR Partners departments.

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for research entities (including CPF & tax submission) using SAP software
  • Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
  • Co-ordinates with Finance Department on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliation
  • Ensures general ledger journal generation to Finance Department for completed payroll processing
  • Processes & verifies statutory claims like NS Leave and Government Paid Leave like Childcare Leave and Maternity Leave etc
  • Assists with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercises
  • Attends to employees' queries on salary matters
  • Worked closely, independently and proactively with SAP consultants and Citiservice Officers for payroll related issues and system errors/upgrades & enhancements
  • Covering for other Payroll Administrator when she goes on leave
  • Verifies Payroll for other RIs
  • Maintains up to date archival of payroll records
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Background in HR operations will be advantageous
  • Meticulous with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
