The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and HR Partners departments.
The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for research entities (including CPF & tax submission) using SAP software
- Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
- Co-ordinates with Finance Department on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliation
- Ensures general ledger journal generation to Finance Department for completed payroll processing
- Processes & verifies statutory claims like NS Leave and Government Paid Leave like Childcare Leave and Maternity Leave etc
- Assists with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercises
- Attends to employees' queries on salary matters
- Worked closely, independently and proactively with SAP consultants and Citiservice Officers for payroll related issues and system errors/upgrades & enhancements
- Covering for other Payroll Administrator when she goes on leave
- Verifies Payroll for other RIs
- Maintains up to date archival of payroll records
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Background in HR operations will be advantageous
- Meticulous with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
