Senior Manager, Finance Business Partnering

You will be a Finance business partner to the Consumer Goods Business Unit with a focus on Asia, and be responsible for management reporting, analysis, performance tracking and issue management, decision support, budgeting/planning and working capital control. You will also support global/local Finance projects.


General responsibilities:

  • Finance Business Partnering to the local teams
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Controlling
  • Navigate the BU performance with vast knowledge and skills on the country financial performance, its potential and remove constraints along the processes
  • Working closely with Group and Local Business Unit Management teams and country finance to improve the in the aspect of business partnering, strategy, business performance and results
  • Drive annual target setting process within the region.
  • Establish targets together with local/regional management
  • Prepare presentations and monthly and quarterly reports to Senior Management
  • Analyze monthly performance based on various data sources to derive a consistent picture of current performance, key issues and action items
  • Provide proactive, in-depth analysis and subsequent challenges for the region on key financial items such as working capital, profitability and cost development
  • Good knowledge of the business, variance analysis, working capital management, coordination with the countries on inventory purchases and customer receivables
  • Work in collaboration with Business Partners and key stakeholders to drive transformation
  • Participate and drive within the region continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business and finance processes/reporting and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems (Lighthouse, MORE, PowerBI and etc.)
  • Work with local finance business partners to drive consistency of analytics and reporting. Drive high quality business control support to the region

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role, preferably with regional exposure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
