Job Description
Reporting to TRG Screen’s Global Head of Revenue Management, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and expanding TRG Screen’s client relationships in the financial industry as well as managing and signing new clients in APAC and the Middle East. They will also manage and drive client engagement activities including annual User Groups, Marketing campaigns, as well as general support to the client during product implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving revenue growth in APAC and the Middle East and providing regular forecast updates to Exec team on existing client revenue growth and new business opportunities.
- Manage the contract renewal process and client retention strategy for the region.
- Act as the central coordination point and internal client advocate between Product Management, Customer Success, Development and Finance to drive client satisfaction, growth and retention.
- Demo TRG Screen products and services to prospects and existing clients to deliver on growth targets for recurring revenue.
- Develop strong proactive relationships with our clients by meeting with clients regularly, understanding their workflows and identifying possible solutions.
- Manage new business sales from lead generation through to contract signature, transitioning to providing client support during onboarding.
- Use a "medium-to-long range" planning horizon on sales strategy, ensuring that day-to-day tasks are being carried out effectively, while anticipating and planning for long-term growth.
- As an influential ambassador for TRG Screen, be personally active in the market and represent TRG Screen at important industry events and deliver advisory content for target communities.
- Meet with industry peers and develop partnership opportunities in the region.
- Work with Head of Marketing to design and implement marketing campaigns for the region.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience managing Fintech Sales across buy and sell side firms.
- High level of knowledge of role of financial information in the investment research and institutional investing processes
- Experience with market data management, licensing, or spend management
- Ability to work independently managing New business Sales and Client Renewals including contract negotiation and Security review processes.
- Professional communication skills internally and externally
- Experience with either FITS or INFOmatch Market Data Software
- Experience presenting to industry groups and with partnership development.
