With 3 engines of growth across B2G, B2B, and B2C, we are seeking a highly independent talent to join our team.


Who are we looking for?

We are currently hiring a Senior Account Executive with commitment to build up finance infrastructure, internal control and governance capabilities that can scale with the growth of the business


Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining full sets of books for the assigned entities including activities such as:
    • Preparing payments for different subsidiaries
    • Prepare and maintain accounting journals for FA, AP, GL and any intercompany activities
    • Prepare and maintain schedules and reconciliations of Balance Sheet items
    • Maintaining cashflow reports and forecasts
    • Assist in all GST related matters including quarterly GST submission to IRAS
  • Collaborate with other team members to drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
  • Support continuous effort to build up financial systems, internal controls and processes to support a growing business
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department manager


Key Requirements

  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with exposure to Healthcare/Retail/Consumer Services preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Communicates effectively with non-financial colleagues
  • Demonstrates an appreciation of how various parts of the organisation fits in the transaction-to-reporting process
  • Result-driven, self-starter, comfortable in an unstructured start-up environment where ambiguity is the norm, and demonstrates ability to get things done in such settings
