Job Description
The Human Resource and Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This include processing paperwork, administrative duties, and assisting with HR- related tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Answering phone calls and transferring of incoming calls
- Assist in the daily incoming mails and distribute to respective persons
- Manage training courses registration and administration
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Monitor and replenishing of office supplies
- Review, process and posting of employees’ petty cash reimbursement claim
- Maintain an efficient central filing system for HR and Admin Department
- Maintain and manage company printers
- Assist in organizing and coordinating various corporate events
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company
Job Requirements
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in HR-related field
- GCE ‘O level or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in IT troubleshooting
- Willing to learn and meet deadline
- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records and complete paperwork accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Positive and responsible work attitude
