Marketing Coordinator APAC
Our client is a Global US Healthcare MNC. The organization has a strong base in Singapore. They have more than 20 years of experience and rapidly expanding and they looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator APAC.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize with HCP engagement process and compliance.
- Strong in internal engagement with stakeholders.
- Take over 2 high-priority regional marketing events (to be identified).
- Establish a clear communication and working process with each marketing head.
- Experience with social media platforms such as IG, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Formulate /develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns/events to promote organizations' products/services that align with market trends and business goals.
- Collaborate with our Stakeholders and Product Management teams to develop marketing collaterals and support new product launches.
- Responsible for the company’s brand awareness and presence through the use of various marketing channels and interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Min 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Specialist or Communications.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related.
- Software Skills: Social Media, Microsoft applications especially PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience in both digital and traditional marketing are required.
