The SB Fellowship Manager will be mainly responsible for managing and executing the programme?s flagship Innovation and Faculty Fellowships. Applicants should be driven, passionate about Med-/HealthTech, able to deliver within strict timelines, and have experience with project/programme management. The role requires a team player who enjoys a dynamic working environment, and provides the opportunity to work with local and international Med /HealthTech partners in the Singapore Biodesign network.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage Fellowships operations, main POC for Fellows
- Support Fellowship Heads and Senior Programme Manager in relevant programme development, management and execution
- Support Fellowship-related marketing and events
- Support local and international partnerships relevant to Fellowships, work with Senior Programme Manager and Senior Business Development Manager on maintaining relevant partnerships
- Support the preparation of partnership agreements and contracts
- Interface with relevant Corporate Group Services e.g. procurement
- Support curriculum development for SB?s training initiatives relevant to Fellowships
- Support budget management and work with Finance to monitor financial movements of SB?s budget
- Support SB training initiatives
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor?s Degree in Science or Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in industry/ research/ healthcare clusters
- Experience with project or programme management
- Proficient in MS office (Microsoft Project, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
- Excellent listening, writing, presentation, organizational and relationship building skills required
- Enjoy working in a small team, start-up talent development environment
This position reports to the Senior Programme Manager.
