- Provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to Directors
- Drafting of confidential documents
- Prepare meeting agenda and writing minutes
- Pre & Post-contracts administration and control
- Documents preparation for sourcing quotations
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budgets and cost control and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining project documentations
- To follow-up with potential leads into project sales
- To communicate / coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of design pitch and projects
- To generate sales forecast, sales report for management review
- Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers and other parties for purchase orders made
- To assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors
- Outsourcing / enquiring, compile quotation and prepare cost analysis and price list, updating and tracking of drawings to ensure timely information
- Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents
- Post contract procedure involving settlement of final accounts
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of quantity surveyor/sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Reliable, responsible and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
- Strong interpersonal, communication and effective writing skills
- Able to conceptualise and have creative flair
- Good knowledge in construction drawings and detailing
- Resourceful, organised and has a high level of self-responsibility
- Meticulous and detailed oriented person
- Time management and able do proposed submission before deadline
- Client oriented person
