Our client is one of the leader in the manufacturing industry, they are currently hiring an Executive with order processing experience for order management and coordinating with vendors for supplies/materials. You will work closely with stakeholders such as project managers, Supply Chain Warehouse & Transportation and Production Planning and Procurement domains.

Salary up to $5000
- To ensure orders are book-in and process timely and correctly.
- To maximize project gross margin through budget management while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed in line with contractual requirements and to manage customer review/approval cycle for all project documentation in line with project schedule milestones.
- Ensure orders are execute to the best of company interest.
- Manage working capital by ensuring that all invoices are submitted accurately and on time as well as ensuring cash collections/accounts receivables meet contractual terms in line with corporate target.
- Meet on time delivery in line with contractual delivery dates and ensuring major buyouts meet baseline project schedule milestones.
- To work on building up close customer and supplier relationships.
- Working closely with the End User sales team and/or customer to process job/order in a timely manner.
- Negotiate better terms/prices with suppliers to maximize profit margins.
- Ensure products and services are supplied as per order requirement, and business standards.
- Booking in of orders and providing forecast of shipments in a timely and accurate manner daily basis.
- Attend to and resolve any customer queries, including Warranty issues.
- Work with Logistics and Finance Department on final shipment and invoicing respectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely order reporting to the management.
- Collaborate with the internal departments to ensure order is delivered to the customer on time as per the agreed terms & conditions.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Project Management and Order Fulfilment
- Understanding of engineering documentation, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Effective verbal and written communications
- Able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and business groups globally
- Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes are a plus
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in relevant field and 3-5 years relevant experience
