The position will report to the Head of Business Development (BD), to develop product decks that provide pertinent information for BD team to weave into their proposals and pitch decks. The pitch decks also provide information for Project Management and Delivery team for purposes of deployment and proper use.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Business Development team to stitch up overall solutioning addressing customers’ key pain points. Establish good value engineering to position why the customers would benefit from the solution is essential.
- Responsible for onboarding of suitable products and solutions from external parties and going through an Expose-Test-Build approach to finally onboarding to our product / service portfolio.
- Responsible for product O&M, roadmaps, inclusive of inhouse development of products.
- In charge of organising meetings with BD, and Project Management and Delivery team.
- Collaborate with BD team on product sales performance and receive feedback for further product improvement.
- Work with Head of MRF on testing / development of products / solutions at MRF and contribute towards transformation of MRF.
- Lead a team of 3 to 4, including potential interns, in the solution architect team
Preferred Requirements and Competencies
- Experience in Solution Architect role preferred
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/ Electrical) preferred
- Experience working in a fast and dynamic environment
- Good communication skills
- Proactive in driving business outcomes
- Self-starter
