Responsibilities:
- Addresses customer’s enquiries efficiently and professionally in a friendly manner.
- Sells product features, benefits, and competitive advantages in a customer-focused approach.
- Identifies and escalates through appropriate channels all maintenance issues
- Works with onsite team for the sales and revenue performance of the business.
Requirements
- At least 1 Year of working experience in Retail or Customer Service functions.
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Numerically competent and proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Willing to travel within Singapore for work in different Facilities.
- Able to work alterate Saturday
