ASSISTANT MANAGER, LABORATORY & NUTRITIONAL SERVICES
Base: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the highest quality in laboratory processes.
2. Technical Expertise:
- Utilize your technical proficiency to guide laboratory staff, ensuring the implementation of reliable and up-to-date analytical methods.
3. Accreditation Management:
- Manage accreditation processes, particularly with SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
4. Project Involvement:
- Assist in the planning and execution of laboratory projects.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in implement and oversee continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing processes and overall operational efficiency.
6. Routine Reports:
- Provide routine reports to management on the status of laboratory operations.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Chemistry or relevant field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial laboratory management.
• Strong knowledge of SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 standards
• Knowledge on animal feed nutrition will be an advantage.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
